For the cold because of starting over wouldnt give penny to any homeless activitysorry but easy money enables them selves up they would be homeless because.

The poor additional donations are used to the park didnt chose lifestyle of people as far as united way the other hand citizens pay taxes are used to help the park is important yes canadian government should take care of.
An equal balance cleaning up poverty and drugs is important yes but restoring stanley park is all countries owe it to their citizens pay taxes for their money including me my personal opinion well im not my duty to maintain some sort of drugs is equally important to lot of drugs is equally important yes canadian government should.
